LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A Michigan man has been arrested in connection with a robbery at a Dollar General store.
Christopher Oneal Smith, 21, of Flint, Michigan, was charged with robbery-threat immediate serious injury, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
The incident occurred on Jan. 2 at approximately 11:45 a.m. at the Dollar General located at 2589 Craley Road.
An officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges against Smith at Magisterial District Judge Fishel’s office.
An arrest warrant was issued and Smith was served with the warrant on Jan. 20.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at Judge Fishel’s office.
