CUBA, NY — A man faces felony drug charges following an investigation by the Cuba Police Department Narcotics Unit.
Raymond C. Kendeigh, 41, of Cuba, was arrested at approximately 6:39 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2026.
Kendeigh was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a felony, and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, a felony.
The charges stem from the alleged illegal sale of hydrocodone in the town and village of Cuba.
Kendeigh was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail.
