MILFORD, MA — A man was arrested after allegedly brandishing what appeared to be a pistol and making threats near 270 Main Street on Monday.
The Milford Public Safety Communications Center received a call reporting a disturbance at approximately 10:57 a.m. Feb. 23.
The caller reported a male had brandished what looked to be a pistol and made threats to “leave him bleeding.”
Officers arriving minutes after the call found Dominick Cristino, 60, of Upton, yelling at two occupants of a white Dodge Ram truck.
Cristino refused to cooperate with the investigation and would not follow officers’ commands.
The victim told police he was attempting to drop a vehicle off to a customer at 270 Main Street when Cristino approached him and his passenger and became verbally aggressive, yelling for them to “Go back to Brazil” and that he was going to shoot them.
Cristino was arrested at 11:12 a.m. and brought to the Milford Police Department for booking.
During the booking process, Cristino continued to be disruptive by yelling racial slurs at officers.
While being searched, Cristino pulled away from officers and stripped his clothes off, exposing his genitalia and spreading his nude buttocks to the officers.
When placed in a jail cell for holding, Cristino attempted to flood the cell floors and obstruct the monitoring cameras, and once again exposed his genitalia and opened buttocks to the camera.
Cristino was charged with civil rights violation, assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime, disorderly conduct, open and gross lewdness, disturbing the peace (subsequent offense) and indecent exposure before being released on bail.
