WARREN, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred on VT Route 100 at Sugarbush Access Road on Feb. 12, 2026.
Troopers with the Berlin Barracks received a report of the crash at 4:21 p.m.
Linda Vogel, 84, of Mystic, Connecticut, was operating a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek northbound on VT Route 100 when she made a left turn onto Sugarbush Access Road.
Jorge Gonzalez Jr., 39, of Granville, was traveling southbound on VT Route 100 at the time.
Statements and evidence at the scene show Vogel turned in front of Gonzalez, and the two vehicles collided.
Both operators were wearing seat belts.
Vogel was transported to Central Vermont Medical Center for suspected minor injuries.
Gonzalez was not injured.
Both vehicles were totaled and towed from the scene by E&S Towing.
Warren Fire Department and Mad River Valley Ambulance assisted at the scene.
Roads were wet and winter conditions were present at the time of the crash.
