Man wanted on terroristic threats charge in Phillipsburg

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — Police are searching for a Pennsylvania man who failed to appear in court after being charged with making death threats.

Alex Rodriguez, 26, of Northampton, Pennsylvania, was arrested on April 7, 2024, and charged with terroristic threats after an investigation determined he repeatedly threatened to kill a victim, causing the victim to fear for their life, according to the Phillipsburg Police Department.

Rodriguez was released from custody following his initial arrest but failed to appear for subsequent court proceedings.

A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Rodriguez’s current whereabouts are unknown.

He is described as a male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
