ARKVILLE, NY — New York State Police arrested a Margaretville man in connection with vandalism at a recreation center.
Karl Anders Berg, 29, of Margaretville, was arrested Feb. 10, 2026, and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
A trooper from the Margaretville barracks was dispatched by the Delaware County 911 Center to a report of two vehicles with slashed tires at the Catskills Recreation Center on Feb. 5.
The trooper determined Berg was responsible for the damage.
Berg was issued appearance tickets for Middletown Town Court on March 10, 2026.
