PORTLAND, ME — Police arrested a South Portland man Friday morning on an outstanding warrant related to a charge of possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under the age of 12.
Nathan Valentine, 32, of South Portland, was taken into custody without incident at about 11:30 a.m. in the Red Bank area.
Police said the arrest came after Valentine failed to appear for arraignment on the underlying charge.
He was transported to Cumberland County Jail, where he was processed.
