SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT — A Colchester man was arrested early Feb. 24 on a charge of driving under the influence following a traffic stop in South Burlington.
Police said troopers stopped Michael S. Graves, 39, for a moving violation at the intersection of Shelburne Road and Swift Street at about 12:30 a.m.
Troopers detected signs of impairment while speaking with Graves, according to police.
After an investigation, Graves was arrested on suspicion of DUI and taken to the Williston Barracks for processing.
Graves was released with a citation to appear in Chittenden County court on March 17 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of DUI #2.
