ENOLA, PA — A caregiver was arrested on a charge of abuse of a care-dependent person following an investigation into an assault on an elderly victim.
East Pennsboro Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Center Street at 8 a.m. on Jan. 20 for a non-active assault call.
Officers arrived and spoke with the victim.
The elderly victim reported being assaulted by a caregiver.
An investigation was conducted and the suspect was identified as Dhyshamier Lamar Holmes, 27, of Harrisburg.
Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing is scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Sanderson.
Holmes was arrested on Jan. 30.
