LOCKPORT, NY — Multiple fire companies responded to a vehicle fire that spread to a nearby home Saturday night.
The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received multiple 911 calls at approximately 9:04 p.m. reporting a vehicle fully engulfed in flames in a residential driveway.
Deputies arriving at the scene confirmed the vehicle was heavily involved in fire and that flames had extended to the adjacent residence.
Firefighters from multiple fire companies extinguished both the vehicle fire and the resulting structure fire.
All occupants of the residence safely evacuated.
No injuries were reported.
The cause and origin of the fire remain under investigation by the Niagara County Fire Investigation Unit.
