GRANVILLE, NY — The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people on weapon charges following an investigation in the Town of Granville.
Joshua D. Wilson, 40, of Granville, and Danielle R. Wilder, 47, of Danby, were taken into custody, according to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy.
Deputies determined that Wilson and Wilder were in possession of a handgun that they were not legally permitted to possess.
Both were charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Wilson and Wilder were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Granville Town Court at a later date for arraignment.
