WAITSFIELD, VT — The Vermont State Police arrested a Waterbury man on charges he violated an abuse prevention order.
Travis D. Green, 45, of Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 22 after turning himself in at the Berlin Barracks.
Police received a report at approximately 5:05 p.m. Feb. 20 that Green had violated an abuse prevention order on Verd Mont Road in Waitsfield.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded and determined that Green had violated two conditions of the abuse prevention order.
Green was processed and issued a criminal citation.
He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Washington County, Criminal Division on Feb. 23 at 12:30 p.m.
