GENEVA, NY — A man was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant Friday afternoon.
Gerald E. Buck Jr., 56, of Geneva, was taken into custody at 1:43 p.m. at 5214 W Lake Road.
The warrant was issued out of the Town of Milo Court for failure to appear.
Buck was initially taken into custody by Geneva Police Department and turned over to Yates County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
He was processed and held at the Yates County Jail until the next centralized arraignment part.
