ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — Police arrested a Pennsylvania man on drunken driving charges following a traffic stop in the town.
Matthew Cunningham, 38, of Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and several traffic offenses, according to the Ellicottville Police Department.
The arrest occurred Feb. 21, 2026.
Cunningham is scheduled to appear in Ellicottville Town Court at a later date.
