LINCOLN, RI — Two Providence residents turned themselves in to state police on hit-and-run charges at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
Julio Pena, 18, of Providence, was arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant for duty to stop for accident resulting in damage to attended vehicle.
The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation conducted by troopers.
Pena was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released pending a future Sixth Division District Court date.
Tatiana Sajous, 27, of Providence, was also arrested at 4:30 p.m. on an affidavit and arrest warrant for duty to stop for accident resulting in damage to attended vehicle.
The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation conducted by troopers.
Sajous turned herself in to the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
She was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released pending a future Sixth Division District Court date.
