BANGOR, PA — Police arrested a Pennsylvania man Saturday on multiple charges including fleeing from an officer and resisting arrest.
Jason N. Noguerol, 45, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody by Slate Belt Regional Police during a traffic stop in which he was a passenger, according to the Bangor Borough Police Department.
Bangor police responded to the scene at Messinger Street and South Main Street and transported Noguerol to Northampton County Prison.
Noguerol was wanted on a warrant issued April 15 by District Judge MDJ-03-3-03.
He faces 11 charges, including third-degree felony fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, second-degree misdemeanor resisting arrest, and misdemeanor driving while his operator’s license was suspended for a third DUI-related offense.
Additional charges include required financial responsibility, drivers required to be licensed, duties at stop sign, careless driving, driving vehicle at safe speeds, reckless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, and display of registration plate.
