John Bastian, 43, of New Bedford, was taken into custody Feb. 19 at Stoughton District Court in Massachusetts and transported to the Hollis Police Department for processing.
Police responded to a local business Nov. 10, 2024, to take a report of a trailer theft.
A suspect was identified during the investigation, and the trailer was recovered March 4 in Wareham, Massachusetts.
The original suspect was charged with possession of the stolen trailer under Massachusetts law.
An arrest warrant was issued for Bastian on April 9.

Attempts to locate him were unsuccessful.
Bastian was arrested in January by the Sharon, Massachusetts Police Department on unrelated charges.
He was held in Massachusetts for several weeks before being extradited to New Hampshire.
Hollis officers executed the arrest warrant Feb. 19.
