DELHI, NY — A Pennsylvania man was arrested Thursday on a fugitive warrant.
Robert James Launt, 37, of Milford, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody by the Delhi Police Department based on an active warrant issued by the Pike County District Court in Pennsylvania for theft by unlawful taking.
Pennsylvania authorities confirmed they will seek extradition.
Launt was arrested without incident and transported to the Delaware County Jail, where he is being held pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
