CUBA, NY — A 28-year-old Olean man was arrested on drunken driving charges Feb. 17, 2026.
Cuba Police arrested Kahmari M. Keating at approximately 10:36 p.m.
Keating was charged with speed in zone, failure to notify DMV of address change, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08% and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree.
The aggravated unlicensed operation charge is a felony.
Keating was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment.
