EXETER, RI — A Hope Valley man was arrested early Saturday following a motor vehicle collision on Summit Road.
Logan Cook, 20, of Hope Valley, was taken into custody at 1:44 a.m. Feb. 21, 2026, according to Rhode Island State Police.
Cook faces charges of driving under the influence of liquor/drugs, first offense; refusal to submit to chemical test, second offense; operating vehicle without ignition interlock system, first offense; reckless driving; and disorderly conduct.
He was specially arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.
Cook is being held pending future arraignment at Fourth Division District Court as a bail violator.
