WARE, MA — A 46-year-old man was arrested Thursday on multiple drug and weapons charges following an investigation by the Ware Police Department.
Angel Echevarria, of Ware, was charged with possession of Class B drugs, possession of a firearm without an FID card, witness intimidation and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.
Police said the charges stem from an investigation that involved crack cocaine and a firearm.
The Ware Police Department was assisted by the Massachusetts State Police, Hardwick Police Department and West Brookfield Police Department.
Echevarria was held on $5,000 cash bail and transported to Eastern Hampshire District Court in Belchertown for arraignment.
