DELHI, NY — A 39-year-old man was arrested following a domestic incident Thursday night.
Bradley L. Wallace, of Delhi, was charged with harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Delhi Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to a residence on Franklin Street at approximately 10:45 p.m. for a report of a physical domestic dispute.
An investigation determined that Wallace allegedly engaged in unlawful physical conduct during an argument inside the residence.
A young child was present during the incident and was reportedly placed at risk.
Wallace was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Delhi Police Department for processing.
He was subsequently transported to Delaware County Centralized Arraignment Part Court for arraignment.
A temporary order of protection was requested on behalf of the protected parties.
