CARLISLE, PA — A woman was arrested after allegedly stabbing a man in the head on Feb. 18.
The Carlisle Police Department responded to the 100 block of Lincoln Street at approximately 2:54 p.m. for a report of a stabbing.
Once on scene, police discovered that Shannon Kerns had stabbed a male in the head.
The male victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated by EMS on scene.
Kerns, 37, of Carlisle, was taken into custody and charged with attempted murder, two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of possessing instruments of crime.
