CHAMBERSBURG, PA — Police arrested a man accused of abusing another guest’s dog at a hotel Thursday morning.
Joshua Quinn Gardner, 25, of Chambersburg, was charged with cruelty to animals following the incident at the Country Inn and Suites on Bedington Boulevard.
Chambersburg police responded to the hotel at approximately 9:12 a.m. for a report of a disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers determined that Gardner had abused a dog belonging to another guest at the hotel.
