WINDSOR, PA — A 40-year-old man was arrested early Sunday morning on strangulation and assault charges at a mobile home park.
Arron Scott Zink, of Windsor, was taken into custody at approximately 12:58 a.m. Sunday in the area of Zeigler Park Road in Zeigler Mobile Home Park.
Zink was charged with strangulation by applying pressure to throat or neck, a felony, and simple assault, a misdemeanor.
An officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department arrested Zink and transported him to Central Booking for processing and arraignment.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at District Judge Fishel’s office.
