UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — Police are seeking a 20-year-old man wanted on weapons and conspiracy charges.
Khysir Caleb Slaughter is wanted for firearms not to be carried without a license and criminal conspiracy, according to the Upper Chichester Township Police Department.
The warrant was issued Feb. 16, 2026, in connection with an incident in the 1900 block of Market Street.
Anyone with information regarding Slaughter’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Upper Chichester Police Department at 610-485-8400.
