PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man last seen in January.
Olsen Octave, 36, of Philadelphia, was last seen at 12 a.m. on Jan. 1 on the 6200 block of Loretto Avenue.
Octave is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
His clothing description is unknown.
Octave is known to operate a red Hyundai sedan with Pennsylvania license plate KBP7031.
