WILLIAMSTOWN, VT — State Police received a report of a possible abuse prevention order violation on Feb. 11 at approximately 11:13 a.m.
Investigation indicated that Theodore Smith, 57, of Wells, violated an abuse prevention order by contacting a 53-year-old Williamstown woman via voice messages.
On Feb. 17, Smith was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on March 4 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge.
