WAYNESBORO, PA — A 64-year-old man faces multiple charges following a December crash on E. Main Street.
Bradley M. Smith, of Waynesboro, was charged with three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance and one count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from an auto accident that occurred on Dec. 20 at 8:50 p.m. on E. Main Street.
Smith was arrested on Jan. 13, 2026.
