CAVENDISH, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating an assault at a hotel in Windsor County.
Troopers received a report of an assault at the Pointe at Castle Hill hotel at approximately 9:39 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2026.
After investigation, troopers determined Aaron T. Paradis, 38, of Dorchester, Massachusetts, had assaulted another hotel guest.
Paradis was issued a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court – Windsor Criminal Division on April 14, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
He is charged with simple assault.
