Juvenile reported missing in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a 15-year-old girl last seen in Center City on Feb. 13.

Isabelle Woodall-Nolly was last seen at approximately 5:17 p.m. on the 1500 block of Arch Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.

She is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 115 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Woodall-Nolly was wearing a gray coat, blue sweatpants and white New Balance sneakers when she was last seen.
