Man arrested on burglary warrant in Hanover Township

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police arrested a New Jersey man on a warrant stemming from a January burglary at a local business.

Dylan Thomas, 29, of New Jersey, was taken into custody Friday after an officer spotted him walking in an alleyway near Dexter Street, according to the Hanover Township Police Department.

Thomas was wanted on a warrant issued for a burglary that occurred Jan. 31 at Nature’s Cure, 850 Sans Souci Parkway.

District Magistrate Tupper arraigned Thomas and remanded him to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. at Central Court.
