MAYFIELD, NY — A Gloversville woman was arrested on drunken driving charges after her vehicle was found disabled off State Route 30 on Feb. 6, 2026.
State Police responded to the scene at about 4:10 p.m. and identified the driver as Krystal Smith, 38, of Gloversville.
Two children under the age of 16 were in the vehicle and were turned over to a family member.
Smith was arrested for two counts of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child (Leandra’s Law) and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
She was transported to State Police Mayfield for processing where she recorded a 0.14% blood alcohol content.
Smith was issued tickets returnable to Mayfield Town Court on Feb. 17, 2026, and released to a sober third party.

WILTON, NY — A Waterbury man was arrested on drunken driving charges after a two-car crash on Feb. 6, 2026.
State Police responded to the northbound exit 16 off ramp of Interstate 87 at about 6:14 p.m.
The vehicle that caused the collision left the scene prior to law enforcement’s arrival but was located nearby.
The driver was identified as David P. Napoliello, 55, of Waterbury.
Napoliello was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
He was transported to State Police Wilton for processing where he recorded a 0.25% blood alcohol content.
Napoliello was issued tickets returnable to Wilton Town Court on March 10, 2026, and released to a sober third party.

LAKE GEORGE, NY — A Camden man was arrested on drunken driving charges after a traffic stop on Canada Street on Feb. 7, 2026.
State Police stopped a vehicle at about 1:47 a.m. for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
The driver was identified as Kevin J. Mitchell, 38, of Camden.
Mitchell was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
He was transported to State Police Chestertown for processing where Mitchell complained of a medical issue and was transported to Glens Falls Hospital by EMS.
While at the hospital a sample was taken to determine the alcohol content of his blood.
Further investigation discovered Mitchell has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years.
Mitchell was issued tickets returnable to Lake George Town Court on Feb. 19, 2026, and released to medical staff.

ALBANY, NY — A Slingerlands woman was arrested on drunken driving charges after a one-car crash on Interstate 90 on Feb. 8, 2026.
State Police assigned to the Latham Interstate Patrol responded at about 10:39 p.m.
The uninjured driver was identified as Jalynn S. Walker, 26, of Slingerlands.
Walker was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
She was transported to State Police Latham for processing where she recorded a 0.25% blood alcohol content.
Walker was issued tickets returnable to Albany City Court on Feb. 27, 2026, and released.

State Police responded to a crash into a tree off East High Street at about 11:30 p.m.
The driver was identified as Tyler J. Miorin, 30, of Greenfield Center.
Miorin was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
He was transported to State Police Saratoga where he recorded a 0.18% blood alcohol content.
Miorin was issued tickets returnable to Malta Town Court on March 12, 2026, and released.
