LINCOLN, RI — Two Providence men were arrested on drug and firearm charges following an investigation by the HIDTA Task Force and DEA Providence District Office.
Michael Williams, 35, of Providence, was charged with possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, controlled substance conspiracy and possession of a firearm while committing a controlled substance violation.
Troy Johnson, 28, of Providence, was charged with possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, controlled substance conspiracy and two counts of possession of a firearm while committing a controlled substance violation.
Both men were processed at the Lincoln Barracks on Feb. 11, 2026, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI Intake Center pending arraignment in Sixth District Court.
In separate cases, the ACI Investigations Unit charged four men on Feb. 11, 2026.
Jose Bottier Garcia, 29, of Providence, was charged with domestic violation of no contact order, first offense.
Eric Rodevitz, 47, of North Smithfield, was charged with domestic violation of no contact order, third or subsequent offense.
Christian Boria, 31, of Pawtucket, was charged with simple assault.
Jomell Morales, 20, of Pawtucket, was charged with domestic violation of no contact order, first offense.
All four were arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the ACI.
On Feb. 12, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Clayton Frable, 59, of Middletown, on an arrest warrant from the Portsmouth Police Department.
Frable was charged with threats to public officials and obstructing an officer in execution of duty.
He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Portsmouth Police Department.
