Woman arrested on child endangerment charge in Palmyra

PALMYRA, NY — A woman was arrested following an investigation into an incident in the Village of Palmyra.

Andrea L. Allen-Ascioti, 39, of Palmyra, was taken into custody on Feb. 11, 2026.

Police said an investigation revealed that Allen-Ascioti smoked marijuana with her 11-year-old child on multiple occasions at her residence.

She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Allen-Ascioti was remanded to the Wayne County Jail.

She is scheduled to appear for CAP arraignment on Feb. 12, 2026.
