YORK, PA — A 19-year-old Pennsylvania man faces a criminal conspiracy charge following a shoplifting investigation at a York-area Walmart.
Bryon James Andrew Shipman Jr. was charged Jan. 20 with one count of criminal conspiracy – retail theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
The charge stems from a police investigation that occurred Dec. 26 at the Walmart located at 1000 Town Center Drive in West Manchester Township.
Police did not release additional details about the incident or whether other suspects are involved in the case.
