WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A man faces multiple charges including driving under the influence and simple assault following an incident Saturday.
John Christopher Luckenbaugh, 60, of Pennsylvania, was charged with one count of DUI – third offense, one count of simple assault and two counts of harassment.
The charges stem from a police investigation in the 100 block of North Forrest Street on Saturday.
Luckenbaugh is classified as a Target 25 offender due to prior DUI convictions.
The DUI and simple assault charges are second-degree misdemeanors, while the harassment charges are summary offenses.
