UTICA, NY — Police arrested a man on multiple drug charges after executing a search warrant at a residence and vehicle on Feb. 11, 2026.
Utica Police investigators assigned to the Special Investigations Unit, assisted by the Utica Police Patrol Division and Oneida County Sheriff Narcotics Unit investigators, executed the search warrant at 906 Brayton Park Pl and a vehicle associated with the address.
The search was related to ongoing narcotics sales and distribution, according to police.
During the search, investigators located 63 vials of cocaine, 10.9 grams of fentanyl, 100.1 grams of methamphetamine and $2,792 in U.S. currency.
Michael Jackson, 43, of Utica, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance second degree (weight) for methamphetamine.
He was also charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance third degree (intent to sell) for cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Additional charges include criminal possession of a controlled substance fourth degree (weight) for fentanyl, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree for cocaine and fentanyl, and criminally using drug paraphernalia second degree for scales and packaging.
Marcellin Hyman, 57, of Utica, the driver of the vehicle, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Hyman also faces vehicle and traffic law violations.
