BARTON, NY — A Waverly man has been arrested on child endangerment charges following an investigation into a child abuse complaint.
Christopher A. Zaimoff, 40, was arrested Feb. 9 by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.
He faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, class A misdemeanors.
The charges stem from an investigation of a child abuse complaint in the town of Barton.
Zaimoff was arraigned in Tioga County CAP Court and released pending future court proceedings.
