PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old.
Jayvin Moore was last seen leaving his residence in North Philadelphia at approximately 10 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2026.
Investigators believe Moore may currently be in the vicinity of 15th and Market Streets in Center City.
Moore is described as a Black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds.
