CARLISLE, PA — A woman was arrested Wednesday in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation.
The Middlesex Township Police Department received a report of a stolen vehicle on Feb. 5, 2026.
Following an investigation, officers identified Jessica L. Steinour, 28, as one of the suspects.
The stolen vehicle was later located in Carlisle Borough, where Steinour was found in possession of the car.
She was taken into custody without incident.
Steinour was charged with receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.
She was transported to the Cumberland County Central Booking Center for processing and is awaiting arraignment.
