CUBA, NY — A woman faces felony drug charges following an investigation by the Cuba Police Department.
Mackenzie P. Green, 29, of Olean, was arrested at approximately 7:38 p.m. on Feb. 9, 2026.
Green was charged with unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
The charges stem from the alleged possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl in the town and village of Cuba.
Green was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail.
