Package theft reported in Gates

GATES, NY — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who stole packages from a local business.

The Gates Police Department said the theft occurred when a white male driving a distinctive vehicle took packages that had been delivered to the business.

The suspect’s vehicle has several noticeable stickers on its rear, according to police.

Authorities have released images of the vehicle in hopes someone can identify it or its operator.
