ETTERS, PA — A 19-year-old man faces child pornography charges following an investigation that began during a probation check last year.
Noah Matthew Wolaver of Etters was arrested Monday and charged with possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.
Fairview Township Police initiated the investigation on Oct. 30 after York County Juvenile Probation discovered child sexual abuse material during a court-ordered probation check.
Electronic devices were seized and later searched under court-authorized warrants.
A forensic review confirmed multiple images meeting the legal definition of child sexual abuse material, according to police.
The arrest occurred in the 500 block of Old York Road.
