Man arrested on stalking charge in Camp Hill

CAMP HILL, PA — East Pennsboro Police arrested a man on stalking and related charges at a local hospital.

Officers were dispatched to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital at 6 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2026, for a stalking complaint.

Police spoke with the victim upon arrival and conducted an investigation.

James Brown, 61, of New Cumberland, was identified as the suspect.

Brown was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison.

He faces charges of stalking, criminal trespass and intimidation of witnesses or victims.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
