WEST DEPTFORD, NJ — Firefighters from multiple departments responded to a dwelling fire in the 100 block of 8th Street on Tuesday.
First-arriving companies encountered a two-story single-family dwelling with heavy smoke showing.
Chief 6 requested the All Hands box be retransmitted.
Ladder 5 and Utility 5 from the Woodbury Fire Department responded on an automatic mutual aid request.
Ladder 5 operated as the first-due truck, assisting with primary and secondary searches.
Crews worked alongside Engine 6 on fire suppression and overhaul.
No injuries were reported.
The fire is under investigation by the County Fire Marshal’s Office.
