FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenage boy.
Cooper Cartwright, 16, of Franklinville, was reported missing on Saturday.
He was last seen around 4 p.m. at his residence wearing a black hat, green jacket, black sweatpants and black shoes.
Police described Cartwright as a runaway juvenile.
