MACEDON, NY — A 59-year-old man faces multiple charges following a traffic stop by Macedon police.
Kenneth Mueller, of Macedon, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher, police said.
Mueller’s blood alcohol content was measured at .22%, according to police.
He also faces charges of driving while intoxicated .08% or higher, common law driving while intoxicated, operating without an interlock device, unlicensed operator, operating without headlights and operating without tail lights.
Mueller was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Macedon Town Court at a later date.
