Juvenile charged with aggravated assault in Palmyra

PALMYRA, PA — A 13-year-old girl was charged with aggravated assault after allegedly kicking a police officer during a disturbance call.

The Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department was dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of East Cherry Street at approximately 11:47 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2026.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at the residence.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the juvenile inside the residence.

During the incident, the juvenile kicked one of the officers, according to police.

The juvenile was charged with one count of aggravated assault, a second-degree felony.
