WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A woman faces a retail theft charge following an incident at a Target store.
Saniyia Marie Oberry, 18, of Pennsylvania, was charged with one count of retail theft – under-ring, a misdemeanor, on Feb. 5.
The charge stems from a police investigation that occurred on Jan. 30 at the Target located at 2251 York Crossing Drive.
Under-ring theft occurs when a cashier intentionally scans items at incorrect prices to benefit themselves or another person.
